Do you require annual contracts for your services?
Except for specific noted cloud services, IntegriTech IT Services requires NO annual contracts for our services. We believe that where possible, clients should be able to cancel services at any time without the hassle of a contract to contend with. We also believe that clients should only be billed for services rendered. Simple as that.
Can you come onsite for IT work?
Yes, we can come onsite to your place of business as long as it is normally within the Central Valley or Central Coast areas of California. All travel time is billed at the same rate as labor.
What are your annual contract / hourly rates for service?
